1. Shipping Areas

We currently mainly provide delivery services within Hong Kong. If you would like to arrange delivery outside Hong Kong, please contact us before placing your order to check whether shipping can be arranged.

Available shipping areas, delivery methods, and shipping fees may vary depending on the actual situation. The final arrangement shall be based on the information shown at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team.

2. Order Dispatch Time

In general, in-stock items will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Dispatch time may be extended during Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, promotional periods, or periods with a high volume of orders.

For pre-order items, customized items, or products requiring special arrangements, the actual dispatch time shall be subject to the product page description or customer service notification.

3. Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier company, delivery area, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery time for local Hong Kong orders: Local Hong Kong delivery approximately 1–5 business days; remote or special areas may require additional time.

The above delivery time is for reference only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery area, delivery method, and order amount. The actual shipping fee shall be based on the amount displayed at checkout.

If free shipping promotions are available on this website, the relevant conditions shall be based on the campaign page, product page, or checkout page.

5. Delivery Methods

We may arrange suitable logistics or courier services according to the order details and delivery address. Common delivery methods may include local courier, SF Express, smart locker, pickup point, or other available options.

If you have any special requirements regarding the delivery method, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be arranged.

6. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, if a tracking number is provided by the courier company, we will notify you of the relevant tracking information by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order page.

You may use the tracking number to check the delivery status. If you have not received your parcel after an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

7. Delivery Information

Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate and complete when placing your order.

If delivery is delayed, returned, re-delivered, or subject to additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, inability to contact the recipient, failure to collect the parcel on time, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer may be responsible for the related consequences and costs.

8. Receiving Your Parcel

When receiving your parcel, please check whether the outer packaging is intact. If the parcel is clearly damaged, wet, opened, or abnormal, we recommend taking photos immediately and contacting us as soon as possible.

If you discover that the product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Please provide your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and relevant explanation so that we can follow up.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, peak logistics periods, traffic arrangements, customs inspections, unexpected incidents, or other force majeure events.

We will do our best to assist with logistics enquiries. However, the actual delivery time is not entirely under our control, and we cannot be held responsible for all delivery delays.

10. Returned Parcels and Re-delivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, late collection, unreachable phone number, or other reasons not caused by us, we will contact you after receiving the returned parcel to arrange re-delivery.

Any shipping fees or related costs arising from re-delivery may be borne by the customer.
